Physical Examinations

All student-athletes must submit a signed physical from a certified physician in order to participate in tryouts/practices/games. Only physicals dated April 15th, 2024 or later are valid for the 2024-25 school year. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded on STEP 4 of registration a week before the first day of practice/tryouts. Physicals must be uploaded digitally to your registration. Paper copies will not be accepted.
